Introduction

In my math class we are using tessellation's to create a T- shirt. Do you know what a Tessellation is? A Tessellation is a closed figure that is used to create a pattern and it can not overlap or have gaps. You can use more than one figure but it must take up all of the space. To create a simple tessellation you draw a square then just cut out a little triangle then you translate the triangle either horizontal or vertical but not diagonal. Next you just keep drawing it so it doesn't overlap or have gaps. So by now you should know more about tessellation.

  1. Very good! Did your shirt come out like any of these by any chance? If it did that's cool good job putting the pictures!
